Neither exists today. There is no AI in CleverHive, no assistant, no rules engine and no automation of any kind. This page describes the intent so the direction is clear, and nothing on it should be read as a capability you would get by signing up.

Rules that act on events
The platform already records every change as an event. Automation is the step that lets a rule react to one — under the same permissions a person would need.
Assistance inside the application
Help with the work being done, in the screen where it is done. Not a chat window bolted to the side of a product.
Bound by the same permissions
Anything automatic will be subject to the access rules that already exist. An automation must not be a way around a permission.
