Help centre
There is no ticketing portal and no support desk. There is an email address and a phone number that reach us, an FAQ that answers most of what people ask, and a support queue inside the product for anyone who already has an account.
Available now
In the order most likely to be fastest.
Most questions about what works today, what does not, and what things cost are answered there — including the awkward ones.
For anything about the product, the catalogue or this site. Both reach the people building it.
cleverhive.in@gmail.com6305136294If you already have an account, a support request raised in the product reaches whoever handles them in your own business — usually faster than emailing us.
Common situations
Each of these has a real answer today, which is why it is on this page rather than in the planned list below.
None of them can be opened yet. Every application in the catalogue is under development, and no trial or purchase can change that today.
Signing in with it takes you straight to a password change. That step is the account activation, and it cannot be skipped.
Access depends on their role, their branch scope and whether the application is enabled at that branch. All three are checked on every request.
Add a branch. Applications are switched on branch by branch, so a second outlet does not mean a second account.
No. Add them as people. A login is separate and optional, and most staff never need one.
Email delivery is configured but not yet switched on for every flow. If an invitation did not arrive, write to us and we will sort it manually.
Planned
Named as intent. None of it exists, and none of it has a date.
Troubleshooting written from real support conversations, which requires having had some.
Raise something and see where it got to. There is an internal support queue in the product; nothing customer-facing.
When it can be honoured. Publishing one before then would be a promise made by a marketing page rather than by a team.
