CleverHive is in development. The platform — organizations, branches, people, roles and permissions — works. The applications in the catalogue do not: every one is unfinished, and none can be bought, installed or used.

Creating an account today means setting up your organization against software that is still being built, knowing that.

• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including access you grant to other people.
• Give accurate information. An organization named after a business you do not run is not something we can sort out later.
• Keep your password to yourself. We can reset it; we cannot tell you what it was.

You keep ownership of everything you put into CleverHive. We store and process it to run the service for you, and for nothing else — not to sell, not to advertise against, not to train anything.

No uptime guarantee, no service-level agreement and no commitment that any particular application will ship, or ship by a particular date. The catalogue describes intent, not a roadmap you can rely on commercially.

While CleverHive is in development it is provided as it is. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Nothing is for sale yet, so no payment terms apply. When buying becomes possible, the terms covering subscriptions, renewals, cancellation and refunds will be published before the first transaction, not after it — see Refunds and cancellation.

You can stop using CleverHive at any time and ask us to delete your organization. We may suspend an account being used to break the law or to damage the service for other people.
