Described so the intent is clear. None of it is written.
Why a person and a login are separate things. Why branches are first-class. Why permission is recalculated on every request instead of cached.
Including the mistakes. A build log is only useful if it records the parts that went wrong.
Which applications are being specified, in what order, and what is blocking the ones that are not moving.
The Features pages are the closest thing to a written record right now: they separate what is running from what is intended, topic by topic, and say which is which on every card.
The About page says plainly where the product has got to, including the part where 140 applications are specified and none is finished.
