A location you operate from. Everything else hangs off it.

Someone who runs that location and can add the people who work there.
The people who work there
Staff do not need a login. Most never sign in at all.
The bundle
Which applications it includes is not decided yet
Stating a list before it is approved would be inventing the product. The catalogue is open in the meantime, and any application in it can be added on its own.
