How CleverHive decides who may open it
This part is built and tested today, and it is the same for every application in the catalogue — including this one, when it ships.
Are they in the business?
Membership of your organization, checked from the database rather than from the sign-in token.
Do they hold the permission?
Their role and job roles, resolved on the server. Nobody can grant access they do not hold themselves.
At this branch?
An application is enabled branch by branch. Access somewhere is not access everywhere.
Still true right now?
Re-checked on every request. Revoking someone takes effect on their next click, not their next sign-in.
